Privacy Policy

§.1 General Provisions

1 The administrator of the data is LINKERS EUROPE Sp. z o. o. Street. Grójecka 43, lok 1A, 02-031 Warsaw, NIP: 9462684569. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable laws and regulations, and data storage takes place on secured servers.
(2) For the purpose of better perception of the Privacy Policy, the term “User” is replaced by “You”, “Administrator” – “We”. The term “RODO” means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016. on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC.
3 We respect the right to privacy and take care of data security. Among other things, it is used for this purpose. Secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
(4) Personal data provided in the form on www.linkers.pl are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

§2. Data Administrator

(1) The service provider is the data controller of its customers. This means that if you contact us in any way we will process your data: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, place of work.
2 Personal data are processed:
a. In accordance with data protection regulations,
b. In accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
c. to the extent and for the purpose necessary for the establishment, formation of the content of the Agreement, amendment or termination thereof and proper implementation of Services provided electronically,
d. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill legitimate interests (legally justified purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
i. to the extent and for the purpose in accordance with the consent given by you if you signed up for the newsletter,
ii. to the extent and for the purpose consistent with your consent if you have contacted us through any contact form.
(3) Each data subject (if we are the data controller) has the right of access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

(5) We reserve the right to process your data after termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent for the purpose of pursuing possible claims in court or if national or EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain the data.
(6) The Service Provider shall have the right to share the User’s personal data and other data of the User with entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement agencies).
(7) The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of withdrawal of consent or filing a legally permissible objection to the processing of personal data.
(8) The Service Provider shall not share personal data with any other entities than those authorized under applicable law.
9 We have implemented pseudonymization, data encryption and have access control in place so that we minimize the impact of any data security breach.
10 Personal data shall be processed only by persons authorized by us or processors with whom we work closely.

§3. Cookies

1 The www.linkers.pl website uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser’s computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. The parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained in them. Cookies thus facilitate the use of previously visited sites.
(2) The information collected relates to IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location, and information sent to the site through the contact form.
(3) The data collected is used to monitor and see how users use our sites to improve the site by providing a more efficient and seamless navigation. We monitor user information using the Google Analytics tool, which records user behavior on the site.
4 We use the following cookies on our website:
a. “necessary” cookies to enable the use of services available on the site, such as authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the site;
b. cookies used for security purposes, e.g. used to detect misuse of the site’s authentication;
c. “performance” cookies, which enable the collection of information about the use of the website’s pages;
d. “functional” cookies, which allow “remembering” the user’s selected settings and personalizing the user’s interface, e.g. with regard to the user’s chosen language or region of origin, font size, website design, etc;

(5) Additional personal information, such as e-mail address, is collected only where the user, by filling out the form, has expressly consented to it. We retain the above data and use it only as necessary to perform the function.
